Certifications
Certificazione ISO 9001:2015 Since 1991 Effebi has obtained company quality certification according to the ISO 9002 standard among the very first companies in the sector; in 1995 it was also among the first to obtain the ISO 9001 certification, which is the strictest requirement in terms of company quality, including design. In 2001, Effebi updates the quality certification again to incorporate the variants introduced with ISO 9001: 2000. These are important improvements concerning the company dynamics, such as the introduction of 'customer satisfaction', i.e. the evaluation and improvement of the overall customer satisfaction status and greater attention to the human resources present in the company, confirming the fact that it is people who give value to the company.

CE PED The European directive 2014/68 / EU concerning pressurized products, aims to protect the end user against the risks of possible outbreaks. Ball valves fall into this area and Effebi has been active for some time to adapt its production to the provisions of the standard, so that since June 2002 all Effebi valves comply with the directive and where necessary bear the CE mark. The choice was to adapt the products and to request the CE mark by classifying all its valves in the most restrictive table (table 6), which offers the greatest guarantees to the user. An external certifying body, the Bureau Veritas, verifies periodically all phases of the production cycle, from design to final checks.

Enviromental certification Attenta alla rapida evoluzione delle tematiche ecologiche, Effebi ha deciso di applicare alla sua attività i principi raccolti nella normativa UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 considerando l’applicazione di tale norma un mezzo per conseguire risultati soddisfacenti nella gestione organica degli aspetti ambientali collegati alla sua attività, nella convinzione che il rispetto dell’ambiente possa essere una delle linee guida dello sviluppo della società stessa. Effebi si impegna pertanto a rispettare le prescrizioni della norma UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 che riguardano la prevenzione dell’inquinamento ambientale in ogni sua forma e a migliorare continuamente la propria organizzazione ambientale che deve perseguire due obiettivi principali 1) privilegiare fornitori con minor impatto ambientale 2) diminuire il consumo energetico per unità di prodotto.
