Application fields:
The MANIFOLD M is recommended in heating installations for manifold sets.
Threaded end connections:
• Standard female according to UNI ISO 228/1.
• Tail and nut (metallic seal + O-ring).
Operation devices:
Aluminium T-handle (1/2”-3/4”-1”), aluminium lever from 1/2”to 2”
Available colours:
black, red, blue.
All the valves comply with the regulation 2014/68/CE and are tested 100% on pneumatic seal with electronic control.
• The MANIFOLD M has the same features as the MERCURY series from which it derives.
The sizes from 1”1/4 to 2” have an aluminium lever.
Bore:
full.
Stem:
anti blow out.
Seats:
high resistance virgin PTFE .
Upper seal:
4 seals:
1 PTFE ring - high pressure.
2 anti-friction self-adjusting cone shaped seals, with PTFE - medium and low pressure.
1 O-Ring - low pressure.
Finishing:
Internal surfaces are nickel free and comply with forthcoming European drinking water regulations.
Temperature limits:
for fluids from –15°C to +120°C
Pressure limits:
for fluids from 63 bar to 40 bar
