Serie AIRY LOCK


TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Temperature limits: for air from 0°C to +60°C
Pressure limits: for air to a maximum of 12 bar   

SPECIFIC FEATURES:

• The AIRY LOCK  valve, with reduced bore, is a product derived from the TOTAL series and has been designed in order to exhaust the pressure of the downstream pipe section with the highest safe due to the lockable handle.

The Hand lever is permitting to lock in position Open/Closed, using a 6 mm padlock (not supplied).

Bore:    reduced.
Stem:     security system with self-adjusting gland.
Seats:     high resistance virgin PTFE.
Upper seal: DSS4® Dynamic Sealing System (international patent)        
4 anti-friction self-adjusting cone-shaped
seals, in PTFE with dynamic seals.
Ideal system to ensure long life cycles.

Application fields:
The AIRY LOCK series is particularly used in compressed air installations and where there is the need to operate with highest safe.

Threaded end connections:
• Standard female according to UNI ISO 7/1 (UNI EN 10226).
        
Operation Devices:
Lockable steel hand lever(padlock not supplied)
Available colours: black.
    
All the valves comply with the regulation  97/23/CE and are tested 100% on pneumatic seal with electronic control.
